OK that's enough. I am 120 kg know and 1.85m tall. I would say to many beers and no sports. So it's time for diet. I've searched the internet for one (for the diet plan, see the link on the left).

Diet summary (start 26. April 2003):

1. Day (120 kg)

Bought all ingredients for the soup. Price is ok, other diets are more expencive. The soup will be enough for some days I think. It doesn't taste so bad. Your are full if you eat two small dishes of soup.

2. Day (118 kg)

Think that with every diet that you loose weight very fast in between the first days. But 2 kg is a lot. I don't believe that will go on like this. Another two dishes of soup today and a potato in the evening. The potato was kind of luxury.

3. Day (117,5 kg)

I din't loose weight that much but for two days 2.5 kg is not too bad. Migth be not enough soup. today there will be fruit and vegetable on the menu.

4. Day (117,3 kg)

Not much success today and didn't realy eat much yesterday. Not enough soup? Today it will be the first time meat. I will have some chicken in the evening and some tomatoes to.

5. Day (117,3 kg)

No weight loss again I am a bit frustrated. But anyway to loose weight is a hard job. Migth be better tomorrow.

10. Day (111,4 kg)

Don't think that I gave up the diet but I didn't have time to update the diary. At least I the soup was to much. One more spoon and I would have been sick. So I changed to a different diet called "Scarsdale" diet. Right know this one works.

Sorry but I don't have time to update the diary every day. But as you see the diet is worth to follow. The 11,6 kg are a good motivation.
